What is your favorite workout?


What works for one person doesn’t mean it will work for another. Fitness can be overwhelming. There are so many different methods and techniques out there that sometimes it’s hard to know what works best for you. To help, I have a simple solution: collaboration!

My favorite workout right now is running. I just love it. Time, running length or sweaty clothes are not important to me. I love an empty head when running, I try not to think about anything just for the next 3 meters in front. As an entrepreneur who has a full head of work, plans and responsibilities, it is an incredible relaxation for me.

But! We’ve all stuck to a workout routine for a while, and then life happened. The training we were doing stopped working or maybe “life just got in the way”.

So what to remember? I know a lot of people aren’t aware how important exercise is. In the beginning you will be having so much fun building your online business or other things that working out will be low on your priority list, but it shouldn’t be! Stay strong. Patrik
