Green tea – a miraculous drink full of positive effects

Food and supplement

The drink of the gods, the tea of youth and eternal life. The Chinese, who were the first in the world to start using green tea, knew very well why they assigned such miraculous names to this drink.

Green tea also contains caffeine, so it is a great drink to support thinking and arouse the whole body. However, its effect is not equal to coffee, as caffeine from green tea is released gradually and over a longer period of time. One cup of green tea contains approximately 25 milligrams of caffeine, which is enough for you to feel its effect on your body.

In the case of Japanese teas, you will encounter varieties such as Banča, Senča, Gjokuro or Mačča. Chinese green teas have names a bit more complicated, even each Chinese province has different types of green tea. We will mention, for example, green tea Bi Luo Chun, Da Fang or Longjing.

Making green tea is simple and does not require any specific approach. In the case of loose tea, let 1.8 – 2.2 grams of tea infuse in water for 2-3 minutes. The water should not be boiling, ideally water with a temperature of about 80 degrees.

So go to the kitchen to make one cup of quality green tea! What is your experience with him? Share with them in the comments! Stay strong. Patrik
